St. Francis Park Apartments

O’Neill/Walsh Community Builders (OWCB) begins work on the St. Francis Park Apartments! The development, which will include 86 units of affordable housing, will rise from the former St. Francis Park. Catholic Charities of Oregon and Home Forward are partnering on the project designed by Mwa Architects, which will also provide services in 20 units to women transitioning from homelessness and five reserved for women escaping domestic violence. OWCB was created to co-exist with the parent companies, O’Neill Electric and Walsh Construction Co, with the goal to win and execute work on mutually beneficial projects for years to come. The O’Neill/WALSH relationship began in 2000 and we have joined forces on numerous projects. OWCB builds on both companies’ strengths, provides opportunities for us to offer expanded services to new and existing clients, and enables O’Neill to learn about processes and programs necessary to succeed on larger scale projects.
